POSTER SESSIONS
All conferees are encouraged to participate in the poster sessions
on Wednesday, January 29, or Thursday, January 30, 2003. Due to space
limitations, only one poster per attendee will be accepted, and we
will impose a limit of two posters per research group if necessary.
To ensure that there is sufficient display room, we ask that the poster
title and names of authors be included on the registration form. Poster
boards are 4' x 8.' Please submit your poster abstract online through
the Conference Registration form (above under Links). Because of the
special nature of this 50th year celebration, there will not be any
contributed talks this year, but they will resume in 2004.
SPECIAL PROGRAMS
If there is interest, we will have a guest program consisting of a
walk, led by a park ranger from Asilomar State Beach, of the Asilomar
grounds and/or tide pool area. Please indicate the number of guests
who would attend on the registration form.

Monterey Airport is served by several airlines and ground transportation
is available to Asilomar via taxi. Driving directions are outlined
